  • Sell 1 Dettmer Homes built home and receive a commission of 2.7% of the FINAL Sales Price!
  • Sell a 2nd Dettmer home and receive a commission of 3% of the FINAL Sales Price!
  • Sell 3 or more and receive a commission of 3.25% of the FINAL Sales Price!

Monthly Rewards:
  • Bring a qualified Client to any Dettmer Homes community and fill out a Cooperating Agent Registration Form. Each month we will hold a drawing for a $100 Visa Gift Card to be given to a Realtor who has registered their Client with us. The more Clients you register, the more opportunities you have to win!

*All terms and conditions of Dettmer Homes Cooperating Agent Registration Form must be met to receive Commission. Escalating commission schedule will be determined by the date of contingency removal on each home, not on the contract dates. Contracts must be written prior to December 31, 2011.
